Competition Days
Men: Wednesday and Saturday
Women: Tuesday and Saturday
Visitors are most welcome on competition days

Starting Times
Men: 12.30pm Wednesday and Saturday
Women: Saturday as for men
Tuesday 10.00am (discs in by 9.45am)
